Our mission is to deliver premium, handcrafted pickles while supporting while upholding sustainability and community values. We partner with local businesses, farms, and suppliers to keep our supply chain local. We’re a small business and want to support other small and local businesses right here in Chicago and the Chicagoland area.

Vendor Partners
We work with local vendors to support our local economy and support sustainable agricultural practices. Some of our production partners below:
Envision Kitchen: Fully licensed shared kitchen located in Logan Square (Chicago, IL). Envision Kitchen operates out of and supports Envision Unlimited, an organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as mental health challenges from infants to senior citizens, regardless of race, gender, religion, or ability to pay.
Down at the Farms: A farmer to farmer marketing and delivery service based outside of Fairbury, Illinois. They represent over 120 of the finest farms in Central Illinois to chefs, grocers, individuals and institutions. Growers use organic practices (and beyond) and are required to focus on improving the flavor and nutrient density of the food served.
Inkwave: An independently owned technology-focused print shop based out of Tinley Park, IL. Supports local designers, engineers, and QA team.
